A privacy overview

Color Connect does not require an account. Puzzle progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Google advertising services may separately process device and ad-related data to serve and measure advertising.

1. Who operates the game

This Privacy Policy explains how Color Connect (Android package com.colorconnect.play), published by Inque Labs (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the app. The current Android game is designed for single-player puzzle play and does not require registration or sign-in.

This policy describes the inspected Android app source and the third-party SDKs configured in it. Third-party providers may have their own practices and obligations. If the app changes, we will revise this policy as needed.

2. Information stored or processed

Locally stored game information: The app uses MMKV on-device storage for game settings and progress. This can include completed levels and unlocked packs, puzzle results, statistics, hints, sound and haptic preferences, and local advertising preferences. Game records are stored on the device, not uploaded to an Inque Labs game account or cloud progression service in the reviewed Android source.

Information you do not need to provide: The core game does not require your name, email address, phone number or account. The reviewed Android main manifest does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise location permissions.

Advertising and network information: Third-party Google advertising SDKs can collect or receive information independently of local game saves, including identifiers and diagnostic data as described below. You should not interpret offline puzzle play as meaning no information is transmitted when ads or consent services are active.

3. Google AdMob and third-party services

Color Connect integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements, and uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent-related messaging where applicable.

Depending on device permissions, region and consent choices, the SDK may process IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or app-set identifiers, device model, operating-system and language information, advertising impressions, clicks and other interactions, performance data, and error or diagnostic signals. Google and its advertising partners may use such information for ad delivery, measurement, personalization where permitted, security and fraud prevention.

Google controls the information collected by its services under its own policies. Learn more at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from partner apps .

4. Advertising consent and privacy choices

Color Connect includes Google UMP consent integration and Settings controls for advertising preferences. Where consent messages and privacy-option forms are available and required for your location, you may be presented with a Google consent form or be able to revisit those settings through the app's Privacy & Consent section.

The app also offers a local preference for requesting non-personalized advertising. That preference alone is not a replacement for a required consent form or an opt-out mechanism mandated by local laws. Non-personalized advertising may still use data for delivery, measurement or preventing fraud.

You can also review privacy and advertising ID controls provided by your Android device. Availability of UMP forms depends on regional requirements and the publisher's AdMob configuration. The app's consent and ad-request gating should be tested before publication.

5. Android permissions

The app's reviewed Android main manifest declares:

PermissionPurpose
INTERNETAdvertising services, consent messaging and loading the privacy policy.
VIBRATEOptional haptic feedback during gameplay.
AD_IDAccess to the Android advertising identifier where available and permitted.

Additional permissions may be introduced by integrated SDK manifests; the merged manifest from the final Android release build should be reviewed for accuracy.

6. Children's privacy

Color Connect is a casual logic game that does not require children or adults to supply personal contact information to play. Advertising SDKs may nevertheless process device and advertising data. We do not knowingly ask children to enter personal information through the gameplay experience.

If children are included in the app's intended Google Play target audience, the app's advertising setup and data practices must satisfy the additional Google Play Families requirements and any applicable laws. Parents or guardians can contact us about a privacy concern using the email below.

7. Retention, deletion and backup

Local game records usually remain on your device until you reset them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall. The app provides a Reset Progress option for gameplay progress. For a broader removal of local app records, use Android Settings → Apps → Color Connect → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. These actions may permanently remove your progress and preferences.

The reviewed Android main manifest sets android:allowBackup="false". Advertising providers have independent retention periods and deletion mechanisms; deleting local game data does not necessarily delete information that Google or its advertising partners have previously received.

8. Data security

Saved game state is held in the app's private Android storage under the protections provided by the operating system. We use HTTPS for the website privacy page. The reviewed MMKV configuration does not establish app-level encryption of saved values, so we do not claim these local saves are encrypted by a separate application key.

No method of storing or transmitting data is completely risk-free. Google and other third-party service providers are responsible for their own security measures and processing infrastructure.

9. Your privacy rights and international processing

Depending on your location, you may have rights to ask about personal information, request access or deletion, object to certain processing, or change advertising consent. You can manage local game records using the methods above, and use Google's own privacy tools for data processed by Google.

Third-party advertising systems may process information on servers outside your country, subject to the applicable service provider's data protection arrangements. To contact Inque Labs about information under our control, email the support address below. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, SDK configuration or applicable privacy requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies this version. Updates will be posted at this address and made available through the app's Privacy Policy link.
